the staff greeted me with warm welcomes and consistent willingness to assist. i found the location ideal because it had a lovely view from the hotel front. i attended an event and safely returned to the hotel quite easily.

The breakfast offered a wide selection, and I found many delicious options to choose from. I was particularly grateful for the really good check-in service. The staff were very efficient. I extended my stay because of the friendly and helpful service (the team are a real asset to this hotel) and overall great experience.

i found the staff to be kind and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. i received a room upgrade with some very nice welcome gifts upon arrival. the hotel had a cool lobby, opposite a nice mall with a great food court. it was also very safe.
the room design seemed a bit outdated to me. i found the tv placed to the side of the bed or sofa. there was only one single chair opposite the tv for viewing.

the breakfast buffet included many options it also had dishes from different food cultures. the swimming pool had a good size given its location in the city center. i appreciated the view of the burj khalifa from my room it was quite nice.
the tv in the room was placed to the side of the bed so watching it was not ideal.
